Rakiata's Dance Could be bugged.

I am using Rakiata's Dance in a smite of judgement build. And it feels like it is making my monsters more tanky. I swapped to a magic sword with t4 lightning damage and critical strike chance and it is clearing better despite having way less damage and not inverting resistances.
