I want to fuse my two accounts POE2

I want to fuse my two accounts, the one in steam and the other I have on Xbox sx, is that possible? I bought the game twice, so I can play both platforms.

I've been trying to link them, before and after the purchase, but it spams me this message whatever I try, "You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods."
