Atlas Passive tree

I just logged in "standard game" and I have lost all but the unique atlas passive points. I did a bone crypt lvl 1 magic and got no aditional point. I hope this is a bug.

same the three atlas trees are gone i've only 32point/132 point
Standard this shouldnt happen ?! |
