Chaos Bloodline not applying to Vaal-Minion skills

Hey,
it looks like the Chaos Bloodline notable Priest of Kopec (“Vaal Skills deal 1% more Damage per Soul Required, Vaal Skills require 40% increased Souls per Use, Vaal Skill can store +1 Use”) doesn’t work with Vaal Domination and generally Vaal skills that Summon Minions. PoB also doesn’t calculate the bonuses for it, even though Vaal Domination is clearly a Vaal skill. Would be great if this interaction could be fixed or confirmed to apply. Thanks! " The skills aren't out yet, so they can't "not work" with anything. As far as PoB is concerned, GGG has nothing to do with it. PoB is entirely 3rd party. |

" That sounds entirely like PoB just hasn't updated the interaction to be applicable. There is zero correlation between PoB's coding and GGG's implementation. No one coding PoB has access to any actual information until GGG drops the torrent file, and it can be datamined. PoB is always behind new things, because they have no foreknowledge of what GGG will do. |

Can anyone confirm that this does or does not effect the minion for Vaal summon skills in game? I havent killed the Trialmaster yet so am interested!

I don't see why "increased soul requirement" or "+1 use" stats wouldn't work. But the wording of the first stat should be changed to 1% more Damage with Vaal Skills per Soul Required. Because currently it may create a false impression like it directly affects vaal skills.

Bump, would REALLY like an answer whether or not vaal minions are properly affected or not. Vaal Skeletons really looking good with it but if it does nothing why waste the effort.
GGG Staff. Please Help with this Question. We don't have access to minion stats data in PoE1 the same way we have in PoE2, so clarity on this matter 5 months later would GREATLY be appreciated. Forcing us to do a trialmaster & eyeball the damage output of minions just to learn it doesn't work at the end of the day for our build would be extremely depressing & convoluted. To be honest, I agree with this suggestion.
But we have to be clear about one thing... Since Unleash support works the same way, they have to both be addressed at the same time. Because at the moment Unleash support is widely used for Raging spirits for example, summoning them, but the reoccurring casts of the spell does not summon skulls that would deal less damage. It just doesn't work for minions but rather purely damage skills. And also I am not even convinced if this bonus would apply on any DoT effects that are directly applied (non-ailments) from Vaal skills.
