can hinekora lock drop from 50M shipment? if it can, how common is it compared to mirror shards?

No, shipments have a different loottable. Locks are not included.

I have not seen any post/videos of locks or full mirrors coming from shipments. I believe the max loot of raw currency is believed to be ~7 mirror shards.
