Not receiving 2 Weapon Skill Points at the Trial of the Ancestors

So Navalli has spoken to me, but I still have the Silver Coin in my inventory, there was no exchange for a book of specialization, so I`m not getting the 2 Skill points right now, started a new instance, no success, it also still says Use the Tatoo of Hinekora in my quests on the side, but I obviously have not Tatoo to use, please look into this
