Act 4 Alva Skill Points MIA

So I'm on my 3rd playthrough this league and mashing skip through dialogue. Well I accidentally skipped the Skill points alva is supposed to give you at the start of act 4. She then slowly walked out of act 4 along with my skill points. Will I get these later or is it bugged and I'm screwed out of 2 skill points?

Alva don´t give you a skill book at this point, but the boat charter..
