Melting Maelstrom not working for me

I can second this. The build I'm working on spends almost 3k mana per second and Melting Maelstrom does absolutely nothing.

Thirding this. I'm theorycrafting a build and was disappointed to find that Melting Maelstrom's chaos burst is currently bugged and dealing 0 damage.

I'm having the same problem. I did some testing and yea, its not doing any damage.
