Can you still sell items through merchant when chat banned?

So Guys i jut got 500 hour chat ban [Removed by Support]

Now I dont even care about chat but can i still sell items through the merchant?

Idk but this is despicable moderation. They even deleted a thread on the steam forums calling them out for doing exactly this.
