Trade function blocked on my account

I recently created my Path of Exile 2 account through Steam and noticed that the trade function is blocked.
My account is not banned — I can play normally — but I am unable to use the trade system.

I have already confirmed my email wnd would like to know if I need to take any additional steps, or if I simply need to wait for the automatic unlock.
