PS5 Pro locks up so hard mic mute button on control isn't responsive

System locks up and controller becomes unresponsive to PS button and mic mute button for approximately 1-2 minutes and then crashes to report problem.

Report Problem: CE-108255-1

Has happened twice in about 2 hours.

Edit: Logged back in and tried to sell to a merchant in act 5 town and had the same crash. Same error code.
