I was wondering if "Invocated Efficiency" works with Cast on Crit.

I would like to use "Choir of the Storm Jade Amulet", which "Trigger Lightning Bolt Skill on Critical Hit".
But I would like to know if "Invocated Efficiency" works with this amulet.

Is "Trigger Lightning Bolt Skill on Critical Hit" from amulet is considered "Triggered spell"?
