Stuck in loading screen Xbox One X (PoE2)

Happens over and over again. If it makes a difference, I'm almost always in party play and rarely play solo. SUPER ANNOYING!!! I have to quit the game and wait about 30 seconds then come back in. It has gotten so bad it happens about 25% of the time I would say.

P.S. also floor tiles fail to load maybe 1%-5% of the time
