Game Crashes in Act 2 - Corrupted File

This bug happened 2 times with 2 different characters, both in the Act 2 after beating the Skull Elephant.

In the video I show my current characters and configs, the video ends in the loading screen because after that the game crashes. I can continue playing after this.
