Organized Forces notable bugged?

I finally found a +1 cleansed area. Put the irradiated +1 tablets in the tower and ran a t16 map. Cleared it, got my 7th and 8th points. Put them into “organized forces” (non irradiated areas with map bosses have +1 level.) But it doesn’t do anything. T15 BOSS maps are still monster level 79 same as always.
