Cant figure out mana problems (Phrecia)

Recently respeced a bit and im suddenly unable to use bone shatter more than like 3 times before i run out of mana. im not sure what i did any help is welcome

your only source of mana leech appears to be warlords mark, which is only vs 1 mob at a time
