Can't access trials of secahmas

I'm currently lvl.70 and on my 5th character, when I got the quest coin for trials I dropped it with intentions of doing a 3 trials and getting my 6 points all at one time. Because I dropped the quest item there is no option to travel to the trials. I can't even tele to a friend says my quest state doesn't match. I redid Balbala and she will not drop the quest item a second time. I'm completely locked out from doing trials of secahmas
