Can't whisper - Must be in game to use this feature-PS5

I cannot whisper to trade. I originally bought the early pass on site for PS5 which was an error. I proceedede to buy the pass on PS5 and got refunded for the one on site. I linked both accounts on site. Unfortunately, the site does not seem to recognize that I have the early access pass and always directs me back to PO1 which I have never played. I tried switching the accounts, going on PS5 or site. Nothing works. Also, I cannot see my 3 characters on either account. Consequently, i receive the message ''your account must be in game to use this feature''. This is extremely frustrating ad it has really slowed my progression. I have contacted support but haven't received a response in over a week.
Update, this morning only my merc appears on the account on site. So messed up. Anybody have any ideas how to resolve. Thanks Last bumped on Jan 20, 2025, 4:11:46 PM

Likewise on Xbox, VERY annoying seenig as its feeling kinda selelctive.

I'm also having these exact same problems. I played a little POE though. I haven't been able to trade on the website for POE2. We're missing out on a huge resource with the whispers being down.
Can not direct whisper, says I'm not in game. Can not direct message I can only message support. Also, can not see my characters from POE or POE2. |
