Unable to connect to login server.

I’m trying to load into poe2, and I am greeted with the same message “Unable to connect to login server”. I have reinstalled the game several times, and made sure my games up to date but still no fix. I looked into my account and it says I don’t have access to POE2 yet I have a level 88 warrior. Can anyone help?
