Lost 2 skill points

I was respecting with doryani
I remove first proficiency and dex
I accept changes
Then proceed to refund 2 evasion nodes (in between enhanced reflexes and beastial skin notables) but after the refunds I am only left with 2 skill points to spend instead of 4!!!
( didn't have any extra from the very beginning)

How can I fix this? Not gonna enjoy knowing my char is lacking 2 skill points forever
