Crash in Cruel Act 3 / Jungle Ruins results in not being able to load Char and game crash [resolved]

Game crashed while in Jungle Ruins, in Cruel Act 3.

When I try to load character now, game crashes to desktop on Xbox Series X and cannot load this level 62-ish character.

I have a very low level character in Act 1 I first started that I dont play, and she loads fine. But thats not a solution to start over and get to Cruel again

I reset the console, deleted the cached files for the game which did not fix the issue.

There was a game update while waiting 30 min as suggested by another user. Either the wait, or thee update as resolved my issue. I can now load character.
