Stuck on loading screen for infested barrens [PS5]

I used a waypoint for infested barrens and the game refuse to load. I've tried to close the game multiple times, and to create a new char. Any solutions?

I have had loading bug for the last 2 hours for Manor Ramparts act 1(4). Good luck..
