Planetary Orb MTX

Planetary Orb doesn't work with Ralakesh's?

Probably because semantics, but that's pretty frustraiting. I bought the MTX specially to use in my new build and now I can't even generate charges because I'm counting as already max charges. Maybe we could have that changed.
