Looking for People to play with / Join new guild

I'm a new player, as in 2023 new... Just looking to make a group a of people in my new guild to pay with...

There doesn't ever seem to be any public parties going so it's tough to find people to play with... I play almost every night and just looking to party up with some people in my guild.. Thanks!
