Summon Skeletons Bomber?

hey guys

i was just wondering if a SRS Bomber could also work with Summon Skeletons. Also using Minion Instability but with Earendels Embrace Grinning Fetish.

I played POE now for a long time and never tryed to make my own build. But do u guys think this could work?
