Searching for min/max. Detonate Dead Necromancer Build

Hey :)

I´m searching for a min/max version of the Detonate Dead Necromancer Build.
I saw the build in action just now on some streams but they are all playing hardcore and don´t using the best items i think.
Searching on google doesn´t help that much.

So, someone here who knows a min /max version for softcore ?
