Build Help PLEASE! Aspect of Carnage Ground Slam Berserker

Im having issues with my build and dying too often. I cant seem to figure out what the main issue is. Can you one take a look at my build and give some advice? It would be much appreciated! I love this game, but I cant seem to get to harder content.

I when I activate pride I dont have enough mana to ground slam. Do I need mana leech?
