Weighting Maps on Atlas for Console

I keep seeing PC players placing certain maps in the Delirium columns on the left of the atlas, how do we use this on Console?

You can read correct? Ever read all the buttons on the atlas itself and check out the "help tool tips" on atlas? Your answer is in the atlas itself
