Help me to improve my character

Hello guys , i come here in search for help to improve my build, i've played the game for a while but i still don't managed to make my own build so i just follow a build guide for frost blades, the thing is " i have all the items " ( they are just not perfect ) the guide says so now i'm trying to improve it but don't know how yet, can you help me ?
