Implement chat and guilds actually since you’ve lied about it for years

We haven’t had a lie since few months when you derped and said you couldn’t figure out how to link items. But the rest of the chat n guilds is functional? ( hahaha I don’t believe it) so why not put in basic chat and guilds ?
