Do character's accuracy applies to attack mines setup or it's a secondary effect and cannot be evaded?

I think this support gem shouldn't support totem abilities. This has already disrupted the balance in Crucible League. They had to nerf a property that was adequately balanced for totem self-casting. With the new alternative Searing Bond totem, it will certainly be abused.
The Mine archetype itself is already creating an imbalance; adding an exception would at least normalize the game somewhat. my hideouts - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3228515

I would contend that is intended behavior with totems.
The explosion only applies the dot and that would mean it scales just like any other support gem. IGN : Reamus
