[3.7] 345% MS Kinetic Blast Deadeye

I don't have a writeup about this build but I thought I would share the build since I'm enjoying it so much at the moment.

The build is based on Grimro full MS TS build which I just changed to be able to swap between KB and TS easily

keep in mind the build does use 2x Inspired and HH
