Need help Pricing Shaper Dagger with Ele Dmg as extra Chaos Dmg

Hey all, first time posting here so hopefully this makes sense...

I can't make heads or tails of what this dagger should be priced at because of all the different mods but they all seem to work together. I don't trust myself to be able to make a build based around this dagger either XD

Any feedback is appreciated!

It also has room for an enchant in terms of more dmg/crit, etc...
