3.5 Blade Vortex Build, In theory stages

Hi. So this thread will be about a Blade Vortex build. Looking to use only uniques. In this age of crafting I am curious if it can be done. This is my first build ever and I have been playing for around 300 hours.
Path of Building so far. Will keep this post updated as I go. Most of the gear chosen. Still need to figure out a few key pieces.
